G’day…Danny “stag” Stagnitta here bringing you my food website Peasant Grub.

I am a Siculo-Australiano, that is a Australian of Sicilian Background.

Growing up in Sydney’s Inner West I was exposed to food and cuisine from around the world – from the playground, to the streets, my mates homes and of course my home.

Today I live just outside Sydney’s Inner West with be lovely wife Paola and darling little baby girl Liora (the stagette).

Everytime I get around to it, I will bring you a new article/post on a great recipe, experience, ingredient or something food related.
